Licensed Therapist, New York

the psychotherapist who blends science, soul, and a pioneering passion for exploration.

Equal parts clinician, spiritual caregiver, and sound alchemist, I navigate the depths of the human experience with a compass tuned to both evidence-based practice and ancient wisdom. Whether I am exploring the vastness of the psyche, finding stillness in meditation, summiting mountains around the world, or immersing myself with indigenous communities in the Amazon, I embody a practice that lives at the crossroads of the mind, body, and spirit.

At the heart of my work is an unwavering belief in your capacity to heal, to remember who you are, and to live from a place of wholeness. Whether you are navigating the impact of trauma, grief, addiction, relational dissonance, or simply longing to feel more connected to your truth, you don’t have to go it alone. I believe that you know better than anyone else where home is, but together we can build a compass and a map, and I will walk with you every step of the way.

“Identifying values to build a compass and a map…

sometimes one must leave home to find the harmonic thread that guides them back.”

I’m a Franco-American psychotherapist, spiritual caregiver, and integration coach committed to supporting people through life’s most complex emotional, relational, and existential challenges. My work bridges modern psychology with ancient wisdom, offering a holistic and trauma-informed approach that honors both science and spirit.

Raised in a family that valued both structure and sensitivity—my father a military colonel, my mother an energy healer, lawyer, and published scholar in consciousness studies—I developed an early respect for the seen and unseen dimensions of life. This duality continues to inform my work: grounded, clinical care held within a container of compassion, cultural humility, and thoughtful inquiry.

I hold a Master’s in Applied Psychology from NYU and have provided therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working extensively with adults, children, and families in underserved communities in NYC. My clinical focus includes addiction, trauma, grief, depression, relational strife, and existential distress. I am certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, with training in psilocybin, ketamine, and MDMA modalities, and I bring over seven years of immersive study in indigenous healing practices from Peru and Colombia.

Alongside various integrated evidence-based therapy modalities, I integrate somatic experiencing, interpersonal work, and mindfulness practices fortified by my own personal study in the Zen and Tendai Buddhist traditions. I also offer vocal activation, a specialized approach that uses the embodied voice as a tool for self-expression, emotional-release and empowerment.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition or challenge, or wanting to reconnect with your authentic self, I offer a collaborative and non-judgmental space to explore, heal, and grow. My role is to walk with you as you deepen your relationship with your own inner wisdom. Together we can build a map and compass toward the place you call home.

I offer integrative, evidence-informed care for individuals navigating trauma, grief, addiction, life transitions and challenges. My approach blends contemporary psychotherapy modalities—including (but not limited to) Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing—with mindfulness practices and culturally responsive frameworks.

The focus is on fostering support for clients exploring their voice, strengthening their sense of self, and developing sustainable tools for growth, integration, and harmony.

A Note on Trust

Trust is the bedrock of this work.

I believe in every client I meet- not because of what they’ve done or haven’t done, but because I believe in the wisdom and compassion of the human soul.

I believe we all carry a compass inside us. And once we recognize what “home” feels like, we begin to know how to find it, move toward it, and eventually build it for ourselves.

This work takes time. It requires tenderness, curiosity, and commitment. But it’s also expansive, liberating, and alive.

I know your trust is a very precious thing. Trust is something to be earned and I look forward to that opportunity.
