”Reauthor the story told & find your harmonic thread home.” ~
You’ve taken a courageous step towards understanding your challenges, seeking peace in uncertainty, and reclaiming your sovereignty. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, addiction, existential dread, or a quiet ache you can't quite name, I understand the strain felt when parts of you seem so fragmented and disconnected. The good news is: you are not broken, and all parts of you are welcome here. You don’t have to stay stuck in old narratives that no longer serve you. I believe in your capacity to rewrite your story in a way that aligns with your values, fosters connection, reclaims your voice, and restores a sense of wholeness.
My approach is collaborative and integrative, incorporating mind, body, spirit, and all things relational. I blend Existential, IFS, and Narrative Therapies, with Somatic processing and Buddhist philosophy in a way that is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and thoughtful inquiry. I also specialize in vocal activation and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy.
You don’t have to go it alone. Whether you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or just longing for a place to exhale and be fully seen, therapy can be a path back toward yourself. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can weave the patterned tapestry of your life- the threads of hurt, the threads of hope- and find a Harmonic Thread home.

My Approach
An Integrative, Collaborative, Soul-Centered Process
My style is warm, intuitive, and relational. Together, we’ll co-create a therapeutic space that honors your story, your rhythm, and your values- weaving together multiple modalities to support your healing in a way that feels resonant and real.
Some days may feel deeply somatic and emotional; other sessions may involve practical tools, inner child work, dreamwork, or exploring interpersonal patterns. I hold your trust preciously and respect the autonomy of your consent every step of the way.
What to Expect in Therapy
-
We’ll begin with a 15–20 minute phone or video call to:
Talk about what’s bringing you to therapy
Answer your questions about my approach
See if our styles feel like a good fit
There’s no pressure to decide on the spot. You’re welcome to take time before scheduling your first session.
-
Your first 60-minute session is about getting the lay of the land:
Exploring your history, current concerns, and hopes for therapy
Identifying key themes or challenges you want to address
Beginning to establish a sense of trust and safety
We’ll also discuss practical details such as session frequency, confidentiality, and payment. You will need to complete and sign a number of forms before we begin to ensure the sanctity of the space.
-
The early weeks are about creating a solid, safe base for the work:
Getting to know how you think, feel, and relate — and how your body responds to stress and safety. This may take some time.
Exploring what “home” feels like for you so we can build a compass for your healing
Introducing somatic and mindfulness tools you can use outside of session
-
Therapy is rarely linear — some sessions may feel emotional and deeply internal, others more structured and practical. Depending on your needs, we might:
Process, practice being with, and release unresolved emotions
Identify and shift limiting beliefs or patterns utilizing CBT tools
Explore and re-author your story through Narrative Therapy
Work with parts of Self (IFS or R-CS) and relational dynamics
Integrate creative or somatic practices like vocal activation, breath-work, or dream analysis
Integrate mindfulness tools and Buddhist philosophy frameworks that assist in alleviating suffering and strengthening equinimity
-
As we work together, you may notice:
Feeling more connected to yourself and your values
More resilience in relationships and life challenges
A deeper mind-body-soul alignment
Confidence in your ability to find and return to “home” when life feels overwhelming
We’ll periodically reflect on what’s shifting and whether your goals have evolved.
-
Sometimes therapy is complete; sometimes it changes form. If you decide to pause or end our work together, we’ll:
Reflect on your growth and insights
Identify tools and practices you’ll carry forward
Make a plan for returning if needed in the future

You are entitled to receive this Good Faith Estimate of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to you. While it is not possible for a psychotherapist to know, in advance, how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this form provides an estimate of the cost of services provided.
My Work Is…
I offer services in both English and French
Integrative — drawing from Narrative, Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Recreation of Self (R-CS), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Interpersonal therapies.
Holistic — working with mind, body, heart, and spirit to foster connection and wholeness. Drawing from Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, Hanna Somatic Movement, and Existential Therapies..
Trauma-Informed — honoring nervous system regulation, pacing, and safety.
Multicultural — drawing from Eastern and Western philosophies, Northern and Southern traditions.
Relational & Collaborative — centering the therapeutic relationship as a space for trust, exploration, and co-creation, as a means to heal and replicate healthy relationships outside of the therapeutic setting.
Voice-Centered — for those interested, integrating vocal activation as a pathway to expression, empowerment, and release.
FAQs
Q: Do I need to have a diagnosis to work with you?
A: No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Some clients come with a clear understanding of what they want to work on; others simply feel “off” or stuck and are looking for support in finding their way forward.
Q: How often do we meet?
A: Most clients start with weekly sessions to build trust and continuity. Over time, some shift to bi-weekly or less frequent sessions depending on their needs and goals. We can discuss what works best for you.
Q: What is your approach to therapy?
A: I take an integrative, relational, and trauma-informed approach — drawing from Internal Family Systems, Recreation of Self, Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, CBT tools, and mindfulness-based practices. I also offer creative and body-based methods such as voicework, shadow work, and dream analysis.
Q: Do you offer in-person sessions?
A: Yes! I have an office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In fact, I highly recommend in-person sessions so that we can develop a more human-to-human connection and work with the body. We can always chose to move to virtual sessions thereafter or a hybrid schedule. However, if this is not possible for you, I also provide secure virtual sessions as an alternative. For children, depending on age, I generally require that they attend sessions in person.
Q: What is your fee?
A: My fee is $225 for a 50/55-minute session. I am private pay only at this time, but I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I also have a limited number of sliding-scale openings available- please don’t hesitate to ask. I am passionate about keeping therapy affordable.
Q: How will I know if we’re a good fit?
A: The best way to know is to have a conversation. I offer a free consultation so we can discuss your goals, answer any questions, and see if my approach resonates with you.
Q: How long will I need to be in therapy?
A: It varies. Some clients work with me for a few months around a specific goal; others stay for a year or more as part of ongoing personal growth. We’ll check in regularly to make sure the work is supporting you in meaningful ways.
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: I do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to get partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. I can provide the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance provider.
Q: What kinds of issues do you work with?
A: I work with a wide range of concerns, including addictions, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, existential distress, and navigating life transitions. I also specialize in integrative work that includes somatic therapy, vocal activation, dreamwork, and psychedelic assisted therapy and integration.
Q: What happens in the first session?
A: Our first session is about getting to know you — your history, what’s bringing you in, and what you hope to get from therapy. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a feel for my style and see if it feels like a supportive fit.
