Welcome Climbers

Your route starts here.

You push yourself to your limits, seek out challenges, and thrive in movement. But what about the obstacles that aren’t physical? Maybe you’re navigating stress, life transitions, or unshakable self-doubt. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected, stuck at a personal crux, or searching for deeper meaning. Growth isn’t just about sending harder routes, it’s also about understanding yourself and building a solid mental foundation.

I’m a psychotherapist (and fellow climber) specializing in addiction & recovery, grief, trauma, existential distress, and interpersonal challenges. My approach is collaborative and integrative, holistically addressing mind, body, spirit, and all things relational. I blend Existential, IFS, CBT, and Narrative Therapies, with Somatic processing and Buddhist philosophy in a way that is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and thoughtful inquiry. I also specialize in vocal activation and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy for those interested.

You don’t have to go it alone. Whether you’re feeling lost, utterly pumped, or just longing for a place to exhale and be fully seen, therapy can be a path back toward yourself. Build confidence, deepen resilience, and find your anchor. You’re the expert of your climb, but together we can chart your route, and I can offer some beta and a solid belay along the way.

If this resonates, I invite you to reach out.
